project management
Both within and outside of my school cursus, I have led several projects and learned how to manage a team of different headcount. I'me thus really interested in group-work; Applying this working method helped me and my teams being more efficient and productive throughout our different tasks. Furthermore, I got to gain new skills by setting, organizing and managing those projects.

Um Mundo Possível ACF
-
I'm in charge of a project I have created with a Brazilian and a Portuguese friends since sept 2017 . The project's name is "Um Mundo Possível ACF". It was launchd within the framework of LP2i's special activities : "Curriculum Complementary Projects" (ACF). It has been awarded "most international ACF" label by school Jury.
Goals
-
Prepare actions and humanitarian donations in order to aid disadvantaged children of Limeira City, near São Paulo. (Arlindo Silvestre School ). Donations are given to the local cub "Interact de Limeira Morro Azul", in order to prepare some cultural activities and give food-boxes to the most disadvantaged families.
-
Raise funds in France to support our project. In order to raise funds, we sold cakes on week-end markets, and earned money thanks to present-wrapping activities.
-
Discover and explain our own vision of humanitarian aid : This is not only about sending money to the Interact, we want to establish a real communication link with the children and to give them a glimpse of what does life look like otherwhere.

Selling cakes on market to raise funds

We promote our project outward. Here is the open-doors day exhibition in my high school.

Selling cakes on market to raise funds
-
Organize some cultural activities within scholar framework : we held a Brazilian Carnival disguised theme day in school, made traditional carnival costumes, learned and teach to other students a Brazilian dance all along the year, promote Brazilian culture on our website.
-
Set up a real long distance exchange with the kids in Brazil : we have sent letters and e-mails, and are planning a video conference with them.

異國文化交流社團
Culture exchange club
-
During my stay in Taiwan (ROC) I have led a cultural exchange club in my Taiwanese high school. We were 6 foreign students in the same school, and we wanted to share our own culture with Taiwanese students. This projects aimed to a cultural exchange between us 6 foreigners and the Taiwanese students of the whole school. The club gathered itself 40 Taiwanese students + 6 Intl students.
-
We have all made slideshows and oral presentations to several classes in school so they can get a deeper understanding of what our countries and cultures look like.
-
As well, we have cooked our 6 countries typical meals and we sold them to the students and the teachers by two times. This way, we made the club earn money that will be used to pay the school books of the poorest students in the school.
-
We've organised concerts and dance shows in school to promote each countries talents.
-
Last but not least, we've hold a booth a whole week long in the court yard to introduce our club to the visiting future students

Explaining the project to the Headmaster

Goals :
Action,
ça filme !
When I was in 2nd grade, I led a project about mutes and black&white movies.
-
We decided to make two movies and a trailer using both of actual and former filming techniques
-
We all taught each other what we knew about filming processes. For instance, all the team learned basic knowledge about movie-making softwares, and story-board writing. Since I had made several movies before, I knew how to teach my skills in those areas of knowledge.
-
We lead a documentary research work on former artists, films, movie-studios.
-
Two movies ( 6' and 9') have been made in time. The project has been awarded by our school jury.
